In 2006, and for the fourth time in
three years, the Home Builders Association
of Connecticut has named Falciglia
& Valeri Construction the statewide
winner of a prestigious HOBI. Our stone
manor at 150 Rippowam Road in Ridgefield
was peer-judged as Best Spec Home for
all of Connecticut in its most competitive
category of $3 to $4 million. Previous
Awards include:
- 2005 HOBI for CT's Best Spec from
$2-$3 million for a Nantucket Shingle
Style at 65 Sunset Hill Road, Redding.
- 2004 HOBI for Best Custom in Fairfield
County for a Shingle Style home at
42 Umpawaug Road, Redding.
- 2004 HOBI for the now landmark Harley-Davidson
showroom at 51 Federal Road, Danbury
as CT's Best New Commercial.
